Year End Giving Statements - Each year we send out a letter acknowledging each donor’s contribution for the year.  This letter contains the amount given and the donors name. These letters can be used to substantiate your contribution with the IRS.  These letters are automatically sent in the mail toward the end of January. 

Deadline for Year End Gifts – It’s not unusual for members to make gifts toward the end of the year which they would like to have recorded as part of their yearly giving.  As a reminder - All gifts must be received or postmarked by December 31st to be recorded as part of that year’s contribution. Gifts received after this deadline will be included in your next year’s giving record.
